Professor Wall and the Secession Minstrel discuss the newly launched effort in Western Ohio to split a local township into two new townships in order to ensure better representation and addressing of the local peoples’ needs by their local governments. Why is this yet another great example of how secession fever is beginning to rise within America? Why are the objections coming from local authority figures to this split so similar to objections which have been raised against other secession movements and why are they just as ridiculous?
